CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak that is currently spreading through our communities we have implemented processes to ensure the safety of our customers and Professional Shoppers. These steps will be in place until further notice. We wish all of our families, both  personal families and business families to be safe during this trying time. Together we will get through this pandemic.

  • We are suspending the WDG bag program where we deliver groceries in re-usable bags that can be returned for an immediate credit on a subsequent order. We are using disposable paper and plastic bags and recommend customers dispose of the single use bags after their delivery is complete.

  • Personal Shopper's temperature is taken prior to every order. Upon a reading of 99.1 the Shopper is relieved, with compensation to self quarantine for a period of 14 days.

  • Personal Shoppers are supplied with hand sanitizer to be used after every interaction. Once before going into the store to shop, also after the shopping is completed. A third time when the shopper reaches the customer, and after the transaction with the customer.

  • Upon request, the personal shopper will wear a N95 mask during delivery. 

  • Orders will be filled as best as possible including the shopping at multiple stores to fill in the harder to find items. Addition stop charges will not be charged to the customer.

  • Standard pricing will remain in effect and delivery appointments are on first come first serve basis.

  • Locked down locations (ALFs, nursing homes, medical facilities, etc...) will be delivered and orders will be left at the front desk for the approved personnel to bring to the customer.

  • Communication will done via telephone.
